TERROR {of a world of letters}

·        So, I was reading my friends blog www.randomstufflike.blogspot.com and came across her first post, about letter photography. I must say I was rather intrigued, so rather than the scheduled post about spring, I have decided to slip this little one in. hope you like.

 I  wrote that at the beginning of the day, when I was still an innocent 14 year old girl, nieve in thinking, and unused to such terrors as the world of letters within things. That is why my miserable attempt at this is accompanied by such a light hearted start. <-- full stop.

A love affair.

I have decided too, monthly, write a post about what I am unconditionally, irrevocably and eternally {or, at least for that month} in love with.
So, to start,
Spider brooches.

I find them so rare and sophisticated, glistening with gems, casting endearing light patterns on your clothes or hair. I like to slip a bobby pin through the clasp, and "hey presto" you have a cute, but individualized clip.
Ukulele's,

 I confess, I do own one my self, and honestly they are rather amazing. You can play anything on them. No literally, ANYTHING.
Get One.Shall.Say.No.More.
"Lucky" by the glee cast. I don't watch glee myself, but I loved the way they sung it, the song brought a solitary tear shaped drop from my eye, pirouetting, as it fell from such a great height {or in my case not quite such a great height, I'm quite small actually...}
Cute vintage bags,
{preferably hand-me-down's, or from a vintage fair.} They are just so adorable, and extremely chic!
And last, but Most definitely not least, my camera. Its actually A LOT more red in real life. It would be physically impossible to live with out it, when I went to Uganda last year I took over 4 thousand photos. I NEED IT OK?
In the next post I shall put up some pictures taken with it, the pictures symbolise the coming of spring *finally*. Has this not been the LONGEST winter in the whole book of winters ever?!

Was your winter long too? What are your five favoured things this month?

New Beginning

Hello.

Personally I think that hello, in itself is just about the best, most exciting word on the planet {obviously it is equal to "hello" in other languages, but lets just not go there -_-} "Well, it is!" She exclaims, in an exasperated tone. By saying hello you are greeting the future, and letting your world dance on the brink of new ideas, exiting new adventures, and general euphoria. However in that one hello, if said in the wrong way, you could be being judged, cast aside and left to rot, down trodden by the rest of the world for being, well, just you. In a hello there is nothing to hide or nowhere to hide {your not exactly going to say hello to someone you don't want to get to know are you?} so, in that one second, without thinking you have unexpectedly opened a entirely new chapter in the book that is your life. Well done. and good luck.
