English idyll

So, this week I am loving everything to do with the 'English idyll'

~ Picnicing, I have been doing A LOT of that over this summer, and its just about the cheapest fun you can have when you go out...unless you don't eat that is..
There is something really fun and cheery about eating a wrapped up piece of stale bread with some extra cheep Iceland luettice...doncha think?

~ THE GREAT BRITISH BAKE OFF! A all British show {hence the name} it is simply the cutest thing ever. and especially for a cake connoisseur such as I it is quite amusing!

~ Burberry Body, the new scent! Its not out in shops yes, but I signed up for a free sample {limited edition} and received it through the post today! I don't however agree with there animal rights policies {using skin and fur} so we shall talk no more on the subject!

~ Punting!!! a very Cambridge thing but something that I enjoy! Basicly, you have a very long pole, and push yourself down the river cam standing on a plat form at the end of a very shallow boat! ITS AWESOME!

A few holiday snaps!

I think I shall bore you with about a weeks worth of posts just on my holiday to Mull 

{if I remember that is..} 

These snaps were taken just arriving on Mull! 

The scenery was so picturesque, even though it was one of the largest towns! 

BTW! We went to Balamory! 

{the one day my camera was charging -.-}

JUST BOUGHT A BIKINI!! IT IS AMAZING! BUY IT HERE!

That's it! I was debating weather to get that ^^ Which is SERIOUSLY skimpy or to get the one below {Which is back less} It really is skimpy, in fact you can see EVERYTHING!

And the problem is..well..I don't EXACTLY have the body for it! 

It doesn't matter...does it?

Finally got round to making this post! In a way to me this collection sort of felt like the typical 

'american high school!' there seemed to be different groups, 

The jocks, The rich kids, and The flirts!

All of the looks have a really 1940's vintage feel {obviously} but rather than stopping at just the clothes themselves,

MuiMui has used matt red lips and combs to hold back the models hair. 

It really is wonderful, all the colours are full and delicious.

Also, taking note of the foot wear, it seems that socks and sandles are back with a vengeance! 

I love it.

As always with MuiMui they do what everyone else does, but better. 

They mixed the rusty colours with vintage style, like quite a few designers this season, but in my oppinion better! I love MuiMui, though, so perhaps I am biased...anyway...

I love it. Can you marry a collection?
